Participants gathered at White Point Gardens at the Battery. The march proceeded through a residential area, then a business district, and finally arrived at Marion Square. This park is between King and Meeting Sts, along Calhoun St., right in front of the Francis Marion Hotel (site of the SCV 2000 Reunion).
